Space & setup (varies by venue):
Tabletop: up to 6 ft of table space (at small venues this may be a shared 3 ft).
Activation: up to 8′×8′–10′×10′ when available (not guaranteed).
Final footprint & load-in guide (arrival window, placement map, power/Wi-Fi notes) are emailed 5–7 days before the event. We do our best to honor requests, but dimensions depend on the venue.
If space is tighter than expected:
If the final footprint is smaller than your stated minimum, you may decline within 24 hours of receiving the load-in email for a transfer/credit to a future event.
