Q: Is Couples Collaborate therapy?
A: No. We’re not therapy—and we don’t pretend to be. Our events are designed for entertainment, connection, and growth. While we use relationship-building techniques, our focus is on fun, community, and tools you can use daily. For medical or clinical needs, we recommend licensed therapy.
Q: Who are your events for?
A: Our events are designed for couples of all ages, backgrounds, and relationship stages. This means if you’re newly dating, long-term, or married, this is for you! The common thread is couples who want to connect, have fun, and grow together. We are an all inclusive judgment free space.
Q: What happens at a typical event?
A: Every event blends games, guided activities, and group discussions designed to spark laughter and meaningful connection. All events include light snacks and beverages. Full meals, swag, vendors or themed experiences are available depending on the ticket level.
Q: What’s the difference between memberships and event subscriptions?
A: Great question!
Memberships are ongoing: you get digital date guides, community access, and coaching perks (with event discounts at higher tiers).
Event Access is flexible: buy tickets, passes, or a monthly subscription if you mainly want to attend live events.
For the best of both worlds, we offer bundles that combine memberships + event access.
Q: Do we have to share personal details with others?
A: No. While our events encourage group connection, you only share what you’re comfortable with. Many activities are focused on you and your partner, with optional opportunities to join in group fun.
Q: How much does it cost?
A: We offer options for every couple. Memberships start at $39 month, event tickets start at $150, and bundles give you both at a discount. Compared to therapy or frequent date nights, Couples Collaborate is designed to be affordable and impactful.

A: You’re not alone. Our supportive, judgment-free environment is designed for couples at every stage. Whether you’re thriving or working through challenges, our events give you tools, laughter, and fresh perspective.
Q: Where do your events take place?
A: We host events in Dallas, Detroit, and beyond, with special retreats in unique destinations. Digital memberships and virtual experiences are available anywhere.
Q. Are you a therapy service?
A: No. Couples Collaborate provides educational and entertainment experiences—not therapy or counseling—and does not provide medical or legal advice. If you’re in crisis, call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Q. Who are your events for?
A: Committed couples of all stages and orientations. Come as you are—this is an inclusive, judgment-free space.
Q. What happens after an event?
A: You’ll receive a 7-day follow-up with micro-rituals to keep momentum going at home.
Q. What should we wear/bring?
A. Photo-ready casual. Bring water, a light layer, and ID if alcohol is served.
Q. Do you offer payment plans?
A: Yes for retreats; generally no for pop-ups under $200. Payment-plan details appear at checkout.

A: Email priscilla@dvinetiming.com with accommodation requests (pop-ups: 3+ days prior; retreats: 14+ days prior).
Q. What’s your conduct policy?
A: We maintain a safe, judgment-free environment. Harassment, hate speech, intoxication, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.
Q. Are tickets per person or per couple?
A: Unless stated otherwise, pricing is per couple.
Q. When should we arrive?
A: Check-in opens 20 minutes before; closes 10 minutes after the start time.
Q. What if we’re running late?
A: Arrivals >10 minutes late aren’t guaranteed entry; no refunds. We’ll seat you if space allows.
What if we can’t make it?
A: 7+ days out: 80% refund or one free transfer to a similar pop-up within 6 months.
Q. Do you cancel for weather?
A: If we must reschedule, choose a new date or 100% credit. If we cancel outright, you’ll receive a full refund.
Is alcohol served?
A: Sometimes. 21+ with valid ID. Please drink responsibly.
Q. Can we bring kids or pets?
A: No—these experiences are designed for adults only.
Q. What’s included?
A: Lodging, meals, select alcohol, swag, facilitated sessions, activities and videography.
Q. How many couples attend?
A: It depends on the retreat but generally between 4 and 6 couples.
Q. What if we can’t pay it all at once?
A: No worries. Payment plans are available.
Is there a deposit?
Yes; $250 per couple (non-refundable), applied to your balance.
When is the final payment due?
21 days before the retreat. Missed installment = 5-day grace, then your spot may be released (reinstatement fee $25 if space remains).
What’s the refund policy?
≥60 days out: 80% refund of amounts paid (deposit excluded) or one free transfer to a future retreat within 12 months.
30–59 days: 50% refund (deposit excluded) or transfer with $49 fee.
14–29 days: 25% refund (deposit excluded); transfer only if we fill your spot ($75 fee).
<14 days: no refunds. Name changes allowed until 7 days prior.
What if the retreat is canceled?
If minimums (4 couples) aren’t met or a force-majeure issue arises, you choose full refund or 100% credit. We’re not liable for travel costs—consider trip insurance.
What are rooms like?
Standard rooming is one bed per couple unless otherwise listed. Property rules apply; damage or smoking fees may be charged to the card on file.
How fixed is the schedule?
We’ll share a detailed itinerary closer to the date. Outdoor/active elements may shift for weather or safety; we aim to provide an equivalent experience.

Do memberships auto-renew?
Yes, monthly or annually on your sign-up date.
How do we cancel?
From Account → Billing or email priscilla@dvinetiming.com 3+ days before renewal. Access continues to period end; no partial refunds after renewal starts unless required by law.
Can we upgrade/downgrade?
Yes; changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Coaching
Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching is educational/entertainment and not a substitute for professional mental health care. No clinician–patient relationship is created.
What’s your reschedule policy?
Reschedule/cancel ≥24 hours before start to retain credit. <24 hours or no-show: session forfeited.
What if we’re late?
10-minute grace; after that, the session may be shortened. At 15 minutes, it’s a no-show.
Do you offer quick fit calls?
Yes we offer 15-minute fit calls to see if coaching is right for you.
Money, Checkout & Policies
What fees do we pay at checkout?
Ticket price plus taxes/processor fees (shown before you pay). Deposits (when applicable) are non-refundable.
What do I agree to when purchasing?
You’ll check boxes for the Terms of Service, Event & Retreat Policy, Liability Waiver, and Media Release, and acknowledge the entertainment/education only disclaimer.
How do transfers work?
See the Pop-Up/Retreat sections for windows and admin fees. Name changes are allowed until the posted deadline.
Do you offer refunds for no-shows or late arrivals?
No. See the late and no-show rules in each section.
Media, Privacy & Safety
Will we be photographed or filmed?
Often, yes. See our Media Release for details.
Can we opt out of photos/video?
Yes—tell staff at check-in for an opt-out indicator and avoid posed shots. For takedown, email priscilla@dvinetiming.com with the link.
How is our information used?
See our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell personal data.
Food allergies or health conditions?
Inform us in advance and at check-in. You are responsible for personal health decisions and emergency care costs.
